Position:  Assistant Manager- Content Acquisition

Experience:  4-8 years

Budget:  Open for right candidate.

Position Responsibilities:

  • This role will involve contribution to the content acquisition process at Digivive.
  • Responsible for the prospecting, negotiation, on boarding and ongoing management of publishing partners.
  • Identifying content and Negotiating deals with content owners (Independent Producers, Film Studios, Distributors, TV Channels).  Review content for quality and suitability for distribution.
  • Co- ordination with internal teams as well, for ingestion and deployment of content as per set process.
  • Managing legal documentation, and work with the Finance team to execute deals as per contract.
  • Analyzing the monthly consumption reports to help the management in making content acquisition strategy.
  •  Providing the team with valuable insights by continuous monitoring the content available on nexGTv and its competitors.
  • Supporting ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • MIS and report generation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Content Acquisition
  • Candidate must be from Content / Media / Entertainment Industry Only
  • Must have Contacts and Connections plus Experience in Negotiation
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication required
  • Highly organized and successful in managing multiple projects, setting aggressive deadline commitments and meeting them  Ability to focus on detail while understanding how contributions align with the broader product strategy  Proven ability to negotiate complex business scenarios with minimal support and intervention  Willingness and ability to travel as required
